Annie ("Annie," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered phone answering and appointment booking service designed for HVAC companies ("the Service"). Annie answers incoming calls on behalf of your business, books appointments, handles call transfers, sends SMS notifications, and manages after-hours call handling — so your team can focus on the work, not the phones.
Subject to these Terms, Annie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service to any third party.

The Service is billed at $400 per month, charged automatically to the payment method on file. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Your subscription to the Service operates on a month-to-month basis and continues until terminated by either party. There are no long-term contracts. Each billing cycle renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current cycle.
We may suspend your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
30-day money-back guarantee: If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment. This guarantee applies only to new subscribers and only to the first billing cycle.
We may terminate your account at any time for cause, including material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Both parties agree to protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the Service. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business data, customer lists, call recordings, technical specifications, and pricing details.
Annie may use anonymized and aggregated call data — stripped of any personally identifiable information — for the purpose of improving the Service, training AI models, conducting analytics, and developing new features. This data cannot be used to identify you or your customers.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant Annie a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose — including improving the Service — without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law and take reasonable steps to mitigate any harm.
You retain all rights to any content, data, and information you provide through the Service ("User Content"), including business information, customer details, and service menus. You are solely responsible for:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annie's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the total fees you paid to Annie in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Annie be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Annie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
